Refund policy

At Goose & Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

 Eligible returns are approved by the company. To items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • When return shipping, please use safe and secure shipping materials to ensure the item is not damaged in transit. Due to the fragility and limited availability of each piece, items returned broken will not be eligible for a refund or exchanged.
  • If broken upon receipt, please email a picture of how the items were received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team at Goose@gooseancompany.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Goose@gooseandcompany.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for a refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at Goose@gooseandcompany.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
